Deposits and No-Shows
In order to ensure the appointment is secure, we require a 50$ deposit or the required deposit amount in text or email confirmation (upon booking appointment). Color corrections and appointments booked for an extended amount of hours (wedding services), require a 40% deposit. This a non-refundable deposit that will go towards the total cost of services. We require 24Hr notice for rescheduling of appointments with the exception of wedding services, We require a 1 week notice of change or cancellation. Any missed appointments(that we did not collect a deposit) will have a fee of 25$ added to the next service request. Some conditions and exceptions may apply, please speak to a staff member directly if you have questions or concerns.
Pricing and Color Corrections
A color correction can be anything from fixing someone's hair color, changing from a blonde to brunette, or brunette to blonde, fashion colors(blue, pink, yellow, red, etc.) Depending on the desired color, some services require pre-lightening, therefore it is difficult to price these service. online. The pricing for color corrections will vary and cannot be priced without first speaking to a stylist. We strongly recommend booking an in person consultation and test strand in order for us to better determine a quote and outcome. The pricing seen for our services online are base prices and subject to change at any time.
Hair Extensions
All hair extension services require an in person consultation. After thorough consultation is complete, guests must pay for hair extensions in full prior to ordering the hair and booking appointment. If no hair is required, guest must pay a 30% deposit to secure appointment.

Bridal Services
We encourage an in person consultation for all bridal services. Prices vary for bridal services based on styles, length and thickness of hair, how many people will require services and location of services. Please note, a travel fee will be calculated based on distance travelled for services.
